The Peruvian government published a Supreme Decree, which establishes regulations so that the enjoyment of paid holidays can be taken one day at a time.
“A first block will consist of at least 15 calendar days, which is enjoyed uninterrupted or can be distributed in two periods of which one is at least 7 days long, and the other block must be of at least 8 uninterrupted calendar days”, El Comercio.
The second vacation block break can be enjoyed in minimum periods of one calendar day. It should be noted that the parties can agree on the order the fractioning will occur, the aforementioned media informed.
One aspect to take into account is that the fractioning agreement of the vacation break must be communicated in writing and must take place prior to its enjoyment.
