Spanish band Hombres G thrilled more than 10,000 fans at the Jockey Club del Perú, (Lima) during the Movistar Expo Rock Festival.

The legendary band played along Mar de Copas and Micki González.

Mar de Copas Peruvian band began the program playing ‘Duna,’ ‘Balada de un Encuentro Fugaz,’ ‘Entre los Árboles,’ ‘Un Día sin Sexo,’ ‘Ramera,’ and ‘Mujer Noche’.

Minutes later was Micki González's turn, who sang ‘Lola,’ ‘Vamos a Tocache,' ‘Akundún,’ junto a Wicho, ‘El Mar,’ ‘Chicles, Cigarrillos, Caramelo,’ and ‘Ponte tu Vestido.’ This last song was dedicated to “Cris.”

Finally, Hombres G appeared on stage, making the public jump and sing with the classics ‘Voy a Pasármela Bien,’ ‘El Ataque de las chicas Cocodrilo,’ ‘Separados,’ ‘Si No te Tengo a Ti,’ ‘Lo Noto,’ ‘Te Quiero,’ 'Suéltate el pelo,’ and ‘Venezia.’

In the middle of the euphoria, vocalist David Summers recalled with nostalgia the very beginings of the band's career, precisely in Peru: "When we began to tour in 1987, Peru was the first country to welcome us, and that is something we'll never forget."

David, Rafa Gutiérrez, Dani Mezquita and Javi Molina said goodbye to the public singing "Sufre Mamón." "Thank you, Lima. We love you all. We've had fun. See you again," said Summers at the end of the show.
