Last year we turned twenty and we are still celebrating, 2022 gave us great worldwide recognition; once again, Peru is the best destination in Latin America and an excellent culinary spot. Central became the best restaurant in the world, and Maido is the best in Latin America; Peruvian chocolate became the best on the Chocolate Awards, and our pisco keeps growing on the spirits front next to a one-of-a-kind whiskey made of black corn.
