Like being pulled out of Uncle Fester’s playroom, this method is excellent for a complete workout; come with us to check how to train at Pravilo Peru.

Before the pandemic, a good friend offered a test drive on a new method of training and mindfulness therapy; then I met Pravilo.
What is it?

Pravilo is a unique method of fitness training designed to stretch, strengthen, and enhance physical performance. The method was developed in ancient Russia and was used by warriors before battle. It works to stretch and strengthen the internal framework of joints, tendons, and ligaments, as well as improve mental clarity and the ability to work under stress. The benefits of Pravilo training include more flexibility, strength, and endurance.
How does it work?

Each session is done one person (maximum of two) at a time and requires a space set with a frame and an intricate system of pulls and ropes.
You will lay on the floor and the trainer will buckle you from your wrists and ancles and then slowly you are gonna be pulled up to a certain altitude (depending on your level).
The trainer will ask you to move in specific ways, to stretch your back, work your core, back, arms, legs, and neck, and use different positions for different exercises.
You won’t be hanging there the whole time; it’s an up-and-down situation, depending on how you feel.
At the end of the session you will lay in a mat for a few minutes feeling worked and relaxed at the same time.
It’s a good excesize for those who need to work on control issues, it’s great to be present and to allow yourself to understand your body and it’s aches.
Where?
