Peruvian Onion Exports Amounted To $12.8 Million US Dollars

So far this year, Peru has exported more than 38 million kilos of fresh onions that are valued in $12,809,115 US dollars.

According to Fresh Plaza, these figures are similar to those of 2018, for the same period.

Agrodata Peru published that the main destination of these Peruvian shipments in the first two months of 2019 was the United States, with $7,452,000 US dollars. “It was followed by Spain with $3,157,000 US dollars, Colombia with $1,582,000 US dollars, and Chile with $206,000 US dollars”, Fresh Plaza informed.
