On August 20 and 21, the event Perú Sostenible was held, an event organized by Perú 2021 – national representative of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development – at the National Museum.
“The program included conferences, workshops and dynamic spaces that developed topics related to the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as a sustainability and recognition fair with the presence of companies aligned with these principles”, El Comercio revealed.
On the second day, the Proyecto Perú 2050 initiative was presented. Developed by the newspaper El Comercio, it consists of a growth and development roadmap of the country.
“The lack of a line of development of orderly public policies that are sustained financially and socially reduces competitiveness in the medium and long term. With this project we will produce a socialized roadmap, approved by different social actors,” said the newspaper director, Juan José Garrido Koechlin.
