Great Place to Work prepared its second edition of the 20 best places to work for millennials in Peru, and banks, retailers and hotels stand out.

According to El Comercio, some of the issues that millennials seek for when searching for a place to start their careers are consistency in the implementation of good practices and human resources policies, and the key role of leaders in conducting the business.

“The millennials that work in the organizations that are being recognized present the highest levels of emotional connection with the company, likewise, the level of commitment to the organization is 91%,” said Great Place to Work, according to El Comercio.

Also, the companies that are part of the ranking are characterized by implementing training and development practices, making special recognitions and providing job stability.

The millennial population refers to people who were born after 1980 until the early 2000s. “Although Millennial characteristics vary by region, depending on social and economic conditions, the generation is generally marked by an increased use and familiarity with communications, media, and digital technologies,” explains Wikipedia.
