During the Marketing and Commercial Opportunities Conference, it was known that the Lima 2019 Games (Juegos de Lima) will reach more than 500 million people through associated channels.
In addition, it was informed during this meeting the commercial possibilities that representatives of national and international companies will have with the Pan American and Parapan American games.
“What they are doing today is extraordinary. I come from the outside, I’ve had to participate in many Pan American Games, Winter and Summer Olympics, and believe me what I’ve seen in the last two months is spectacular,” said Neven Ilic, president of Panam Sports, according to El Peruano.
He added that “the legacy that the Pan American Games will leave for his country is extraordinary, I have seen it in a few countries in our region and it will be thanks to the work of COPAL (the games organizing committee) and the Government’s commitment.”
Among other information, El Peruano said that Carlos Neuhaus, president of Lima 2019, indicated that by March, 95% of the infrastructure for the games will be ready.
