The Belgium franchise “Restaurant in Heaven” arrived in Peru with “Dinner in the Sky Peru” and has opened its doors with a capacity to serve 22 people in the Peruvian sky.
According to a press release of the franchise, there will be a head chef, two assistants, and a security specialist.
Operations will begin on January 24 in Mamacoma, Lurín, located south of Lima.
“The representative in our country, Edgard Reaño, explained that the platform rises to 45 meters and at the top, the chef will explain everything concerning the Peruvian food that will be offered, as well as the landscape around it as the Historical Sanctuary of Pachacámac, the island of Pachacámac, the new Museum of La Nación and the Caballos de Paso de Mamacona, belonging to the district of Lurín”, the press release revealed.
The diners will receive a main course, a dessert, and wine. Other security measures don’t allow pregnant ladies or people under the influence of alcohol to go on the platform.
“Dinner in The Sky Peru is aimed at young people in the tourism sector who want to enjoy this new experience, especially if the cost is low ($140 US dollars) compared to other countries where it ranges from 300 to 800 Euros”, they explained.
This unique restaurant will operate on Wednesday and Sundays in four shifts. Breakfast is available at 10:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and dinner at 6:00 pm.
The aforementioned platform is also ideal for events such as birthdays or celebrations. This franchise is present in 70 countries and in Latin America, Peru is the third country, after Brazil and Mexico.
