The Real Estate Fair of Peru – FIP will present in its eighth edition more than 327 projects in Lima and provinces valued at 6,294 million Soles, located in more than 35 districts throughout Lima.
“Six banks will participate in the fair and will provide attendees with financial advice and competitive interest rates for those who decide to acquire their apartment, while attendees will participate in raffles for a new car and appliances,” Piero Bengoa, FIP director, said according to Gestión.
This media informed as well that in Lima, Carabayllo is the most economical place for apartments, with a value of 2,340 Soles per square meter. It is followed by San Martín de Porres where the square meter has a value of 2,497 Soles and Comas of 2,523 Soles.
The most expensive districts in Lima per square meter are Miraflores (7,106 Soles), Barranco (7,675 Soles), and San Isidro (7,747 Soles).
As for the office segment, the most economical square meter is in Cercado de Lima, followed by Lince and Pueblo Libre.
“The FIP organized by ASEI will be held from April 19 to 22 at the Exhibition Park Esplanade, located in downtown Lima.”, you can read in Gestión, who explains that thanks to the FIP more than 10,000 people have housing today.
