Peruvian cuisine is characterized for its variety of flavors and in Lima, you can enjoy many of them. El Comercio published a list of some of the best regional restaurants that you can find in the capital of Peru.

El Tarwi

A classic of Ancash cuisine in Lima with countless participations in Mistura. It has two locations: Pasaje Ayulo 131, Jesús María, and Av. San Eugenio 961, La Victoria. Both open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Huanchaco Restaurant

Huancahuasi

La Paisana
