Hosted by the renowned chocolate connoisseur and gastronomic journalist Vanessa Rolfini @rutasgolosas, this intensive workshop promises to redefine the way you enjoy Peruvian chocolates. She personally curated a selection of chocolates and desserts that pair with spirits during this workshop. She aims to guide participants in understanding the essential elements that create the most exquisite harmonies, making every bite and sip a delightful experience. She says, “It will be a session of learning and enjoyment.”

The spotlight will be on Peruvian chocolates from brands such as Maraná, Cacaosuyo, Ura, Campos del Valle, Bakau, Lovie, Nina, Gibbs, Elemento, and two specially crafted desserts produced by Coffee Busters exclusively for this occasion. Each chocolate tells a unique story, and you’ll have the chance to savor the nuances and craftsmanship behind each bite.

You’ll have the pleasure of tasting some exceptional spirits, from the rich flavors of Black Whiskey crafted from Peruvian purple corn, to Pisco Don Reynaldo to Ron Botrán from Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.
