Zoyla Restaurante opened its doors at the beginning of 2019, with a low profile, exclusive but close. This gastronomic space was created to delight the most demanding palates, with a versatile experience of the use of fire in each of its culinary creations.
Private areas for dining
It will sound like a very fashionable idea, but for those who have just read about Zoyla, it is important to note that it was the first restaurant that offered this concept in Lima, with great success among its loyal guests. There are three private areas on the second level for four to six people, the first level has a capacity for 10 people and a terrace with the chef’s table for up to 20 people, which you can share or not depending on your reservation. A bar and a small room complement the service.

Start with one of their signature cocktails, Zoyla Delicada, a refreshing and fruity cocktail based on gin mare, cucumber water, and seasonal fruits. Accompany it with some 160 ° Sweetbreads, braised, deep-fried, and finished in josper; with lemon and salt of the house.
Another of the many alternatives to share is its chorizo del campo, Argentine-style accompanied by a fresh salad with the special house dressing.
Now if your style is to order just one main dish, try the Osso Bucco, prepared with the house recipe accompanied by mashed potatoes with bacon and mustard grains.
They also have 6 selected American cuts Certified Angus Beef such as the Asado de Tira with the bone (500 g), Entraña Fina (400 g), Asado Americano (800 g), Bife de Chorizo, Ojo de Bife (both 800 g) and the famous Tomahawk that we suggest sharing. A 1.5 Kg cut (approx) made over a live fire in our josper, kamado, or grill, to give it greater juiciness, flavor and on time, to appease the appetite of the most daring and carnivore fanatics.
All cuts include a garnish to choose from such as josper potatoes, fried sweet potato, or fresh salad. Accompany with a good full-bodied red, preferably a cabernet sauvignon, tempranillo with barrel, or a blend that includes petit verdot or tannat.
